Scandinavian Rosewood and Black Leather Seating Group "Monte Carlo", 1965

Scandinavian Rosewood and Black Leather Seating Group "Monte Carlo", 1965

€17,000.00Price

Top-quality sofas designed by Ingvar Stockum for Futura Möbler in 1965. This group includes two 2-seaters and one 3-seater. The "Monte Carlo" sofa was only in production for two years because production costs were too high. This luxury version with its frame made of solid rosewood and black leather cushions filled with polyethylene is therefore quite rare. The beautiful frame looks great from any angle, and makes it perfect as a centerpiece or room divider.

  • CONDITION

very good original condition. This goup comes straight from the original owners home and has been very well taken care of. The leather has been cleaned and reconditioned and is soft and smooth. The frame is in close to excellent original condition, slightly bleached by sunlight. The two-seat measures 140cm (55.12 in) and the three-seat 200cm (78.75 in) in length.
