Depending on the product and the address we will ship the product to, we ship with FedEx (smaller items), or white glove (larger items). White glove means that the item is shipped with extra care. Within Europe, this means -for us- that a truck comes to our store, and that same truck and driver will deliver the item to your address.
For overseas, this means custom crating and delivery to your door. Delivery inside and unpacking is also possible for an extra fee.
An item may be returned if it isn't to your liking, for whichever reason, if we are informed within 7 days. Shipping costs are paid for by the customer. The item must be packed in original or similar packaging.
